3. I will check on your site to make sure it is active. If it is not, your banner will be erased.
4. I will check on your site to make sure my banner is still up. If at any time you take my banner down without prior notice to me that you are reconstructing the site, or for any other reason, your banner will be erased and it will never be added again to the affiliation list.
